“Modification of a wet grain hopper in a wet grain dryer, construction of a new steam plant and two tanks for ethanol storage at the production site of Almagest AD”.

On 15.03.2015 Almagest AD has put into operation a silo warehouse for grains with storage capacity of 35 000 tonnes. The warehouse is built within the ethanol plant in the town of Ihtiman.

The main supplier of the equipment is the American company GSI. The warehouse is equipped also with a dryer which allows taking in grains with moisture higher than standard.

With the new investment Almagest AD will be able to better manage the process of procurement of the basic raw material for the ethanol production and grain stock.

As from 01.02.2015 Almagest AD has a new head office in Sofia. It is located at 22 Patriarch Evtimij Blvd., 1 floor.
